Thank you for the wonderful job you did for me in helping me move out of my condo and get settled in my new home at The Atrium. I am very glad Theresa and Kim in the marketing department gave me your card and told me to call you. It was such a relief just to be able to hand over the task of clearing out the condo and garage and going through boxes for important documents and other treasures and knowing that I could trust you to deliver things to me and dispose of things appropriately.

Thank you, too, for recommending an estate attorney; he has really been a big help to me. He helped put my mind at ease over the disposition of my condo and putting my other affairs in order. On top of that, he saved me from needlessly paying over $3,000.00 in taxes! Thank you for driving me to pick up my car, sitting and talking with me, treating my treasures with care and concern and being a friend to me. I am very glad we met!

The Atrium @ Regency Retirement Community is a full service community. We offer all levels of care from independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long term care. We have residents moving into our community, and have referred Bobbie Gennaro with Trusted Transitions to assist with their move. The feed back from the families, and residents have been excellent. Rick Hollagaugh did an absolutely marvelous job of managing my mother's move from Jacksonville to Washington, D.C. We could stay only three days in Jacksonville, and Rick managed everything that we could not complete in our brief stay: supervising the packing by the moving company, arranging donations, and overseeing the auction of items. He also did some great things that weren't in our contract: finding several boxes of important documents that we missed and sending them to us; packing and sending valuable items that neither we nor the movers could transport; and providing valuable advice to us on minizing the hassle factor in the move. In sum, Rick is hard-working and absolutely trustworthy. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
